What is FITT Camp?

FITT Camp isn't your average fitness program; it's a transformative experience tailored for strong, empowered women like you.

 

Our 12-week online boot camp embraces faith, fitness, nutritious food, and fun. We holistically nurture healthy habits, addressing body, mind, and spirit that go beyond the numbers on a scale. It's time to thrive!

What is included: 

Mindful Spirituality We start each week with a devotional and then engage in a  nourishing faith talk, guiding you to spend quality time in the word of God or prayer. It's a chance to align your spirit, find peace, and cultivate inner strength.

Balanced Nutrition Our journey includes  expert nutrition and wellness coaching, where you'll learn to fuel your body with balanced meals, rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Say goodbye to fad diets and hello to a healthy lifestyle.

Consistent Exercise (Fitness) is a key pillar of FITT Camp. With three workouts per week, you'll build strength, improve endurance, and boost your overall fitness. No more excuses – just motivation and progress!

At FITT Camp, we believe in the strength of community. Join us for inspiring workouts, meaningful discussions, and a supportive sisterhood that will lift you up every step of the way.

Our Schedule:

  • Tuesdays  7AM CST or 7 PM CST : faith talk and group training session

  • Thursdays: 7AM or 7 PM CST: nutrition/wellness coaching and group training session

  •  Every Other Saturday 9 AM CST : Progress checks, goal setting, meal planning, and either another energizing workout or a relaxing stretch session.

Cost:

Affordable and Accessible Invest in your future for only $197

 

 That's less than $25 a week for a transformational journey toward a healthier, happier you. You can make a onetime payment or make three monthly payments of $69. 

The RESET challenge is completely FREE and our digital smoothie and salad recipe eBook is optional. It was  designed to be a companion to  the challenge and beyond.
